Cars.com 2013 Redesign (2013)

Led the team responsible for the 2013 redesign and initial responsive re-platform of the Cars.com site.

Cars.com UX Vision (2013)

Screens from an internal presentation deck combining future product concepts and integrations in a narrative format. The goal was to illustrate an ideal customer-centric experience for various segments of the Cars.com audience, and to establish a common vision and set of goals for product team members. Many of the feature ideas were derived from customer journey research and internal ideation sessions. I came up with the concept, wrote the script for the story, and worked closely with an illustrator on my team to flesh out the visuals.
